The Stefan AudioArt audiophile headphone cable will provide incredible sonic improvement to your DT880 headphones due to the unique per channel wire strand configuration. This formulation was designed over a three-year period and integrates with the DT880’s internal wiring to achieve the results outlined in the sonic description below. A Word About the Internal Wiring: In developing the Equinox DT880, which involved comprehensive examination of the DT880’s internal and external parts, we developed our own internal wiring which turned out to matched the performance of the stock wiring used for both their internal ground and right positive wires to the right driver. Thus, we determined it unnecessary to change the internal wiring of the DT880's. This installation has a rating of medium. For difficult and medium installation ratings, professional installation is highly recommended. If you decide to perform the installation yourself please read the included installation guide thoroughly before starting and allow yourself a large segment of time for the actual installation.
